On this forum, you can be great and you can be average, but don't be small.  These forums are for discussing ideas and for discussing events, but not for talking about people.  Ad hominem arguments and name calling will not be tolerated.  Such posts will be deleted immediately and the poster will be warned.  Repeated incidents of abuse will result in the abuser being banned.

Having said that, I encourage you all to jump into the discussion.  If you have a question about something you read in one of the articles, this is the place to have that question answered.  If you have a difference of opinion, this is the place to air it.  I look forward to many great discussions.</p>

You will, however, still have access to any other parts of the e-newsletter that are publicly available.</p>
